Emma Bernbach Carter trained at LAMDA before persuing her career within acting, theatre production and film. Among Emma’s credits is a lead role in Widowers Houses at the National Theatre in London working alongside director Fiona Shaw, The Suppliants at the Gate Theatre working with director James Kerr and the HBO movie Wit alongside Emma Thompson.

Whilst at the Finborough Emma took an interest in theatre production which, coupled with her business experience of being the General/Funding Secretary for the French Heritage Society, a Property Manager and Events Coordinator living on Mallorca and her ability to speak English, Castellano, Catalan and French, has led to her to become one of the founding members of the ISLA Theatre Project.

Her wish is to use her diverse experience of the theatrical, business, multilingual and multinational world to ensure ISLA goes from strength to strength.
